Workplace Service Delivery Sr Analyst
Job Description
- Independently plan and execute seat assignments for projects and deals using the designated space management tool.
- Assess requirements, identify feasible options, and recommend practical space solutions considering capacity, business priorities, cost, and operational constraints.
- Provide guidance to space administrators and stakeholders on seat, meeting room, enclosed space, training room, projector, and Surface Hub reservations.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and expected outcomes clearly to business stakeholders and space planning leads.
- Plan and perform periodic reconciliation with on-ground Workplace Operations teams; investigate variances and ensure corrections are completed.
- Accurately track inventory changes, approvals, seat loss, space tagging, renumbering, restorations, and associated documentation.
- Analyze space, inventory, query, and service data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide work guidance and knowledge support to analysts and space administrators on standard processes and complex cases.
