As a Workplace Management Practitioner, you will oversee workplace services across various locations, ensuring that the environments are safe, functional, and conducive to employee productivity. Your typical day will involve managing space planning, facilities, safety compliance, and onsite support. You will leverage tools, data, and solutions to deliver efficient and high-quality workplace environments that align with business needs and enhance overall employee experience.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of workplace strategies that enhance operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Machine Learning (ML), Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of workplace management tools and technologies.
• Experience in space planning and facilities management.
• Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
