Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Process Implementation

  • Implement building procedures, performance measures, and operational standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve on-site operational efficiency
  • Promote best practices to enhance service delivery and process consistency

Health, Safety & Compliance Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Support implementation of safety protocols across all site operations
  • Monitor compliance with statutory and organizational safety requirements
  • Drive a culture of safe working practices across teams and vendors

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related facilities concerns
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Provide timely resolution of escalations and service issues

Budgeting & Financial Management

  • Manage site-level budgets, accounting, and financial operations
  • Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with approved financial plans
  • Support financial reporting and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial processes

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Oversee procurement processes and vendor selection activities
  • Manage contracts and ensure vendor compliance with agreed terms
  • Monitor service quality and performance against contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop on-site operational teams
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team capability
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven work culture
  • Maintain high levels of motivation, discipline, and work ethics within the team

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track operational performance metrics and service quality standards
  • Prepare reports on operations, compliance, and budget utilization
  • Support data-driven decision-making for process improvements
  • Ensure continuous alignment with service level expectations
