Job Description
Integrated Facilities Management – (region/country)
- 8-10 Years of Experience.
- Manage all aspects of Facility Management Service deliverables
- Measure / Course Correct, continuously monitor and improve the Key Performance Indicators based Performance Management
- Develop and Implement the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program and FM Calendar
- Act as nodal officer for coordinating with Client and Client's internal and external stake holders for seamless and high quality service delivery. Single point of management control for facility management services in the client site.
- To develop and implement Feedback mechanism from Client and its employees for the Services offered and act upon the resolutions Interpret the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.
- Support the client in short and long-term project management.
- Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified and mutually agreed upon by FM PARTNER & Client.
- Review and deliver agreed reports like monthly/quarterly/ annual reports for the client.
- Manage and mentor each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.
- Manage compliance governance.
- Share and implement best practices practiced by industry / by FM Partner at other client sites in concurrence with client approvals.
