The Workplace Services Engineering and Delivery team is responsible for leading integrated solutions across the Global Workplace Services (GWS) portfolio, which includes Workplace AI & Experience Services, Modern Workplace, Global End User Compute, Workplace Enablement, and Global UCC Services. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal clients, the team collaborates with tower engineering resources to ensure a unified engineering strategy and oversees program status for both engineering and delivery initiatives. The Workplace Services Engineering and Delivery serves as the principal engineering and program management contact for global projects.
. Reports to Workspace Services Engineering & Delivery Lead.
. Strong understanding of workplace technologies and proven experience in delivering these technologies to end-users.
. Serve as the strategic IT partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives are fully aligned with business priorities and goals.
. Engineering, deployment, stabilization, and adoption of GWS solutions. Coordinates cross-tower projects and works engineers from the same team and with specialized technology engineers and solution architects (dotted line).
. Project and Program Management of initiatives
. Acts as single point of contact for program management for GWS and other S&T teams, directly supporting internal customers.
. Drive end-to-end implementation GWS solutions in line with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
. Delivers unified GWS strategy aligned with S&T goals. Ensure digital solutions are integrated with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
. Leads project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
. 10-12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to Global Workplace Services (M365, ServiceNow, PC and device management) for a global company.
. Hands-on experience program management deploying complex global projects and solutions
. Successful track record of delivering AI solutions
. Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
. Experience in consulting or leading large-scale transformation programs is an advantage. .
Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal.
