Job Summary
The WorkPlace Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high touch service within a select portfolio of properties.
The WorkPlace Ambassador will be expected to increase the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners and the client to provide superior service delivery while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills. This role is responsible for the implementation of the experience programme.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all client colleague inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of client colleagues and guests.
- Execute Ambassador services in a manner consistent with the SLA's, standard processes, professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies and regulations, and performance metrics to provide flawless execution and stable service delivery for the client.
- Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the client's goals and objectives.
- Strive to continually improve experience service performance.
- Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals, team goals and client's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate colleague communications and engagement via the client digital platforms as required.
- As appropriate, work with key account and client stakeholders to organize, host, and operationalize key engagement events within the assigned client location to enhance experience.
Ensuring Exceptional Service
- Works collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of Experience Services across all business lines (Facility Management, Engineering, Transactions, Projects, etc.).
- Assists with third party vendor relationships and service partners to provide maximum service delivery.
- Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns exceeding the client's expectations.
- Builds meaningful lasting relationships with the client's colleagues and guests, carrying calling and culture cards.
- Visibly engaged and well known in the workplace; spends a minimum of two hours per day welcoming colleagues while also walking floors to ensure Workspaces (offices, desk, conference rooms, mailroom, pantries, etc.) are stocked and maintained.
- Receives and responds to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, including a personal follow up to client colleagues to ensure questions / requests are answered.
- Identify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no privacy breech, security incident or disruption to the client's operations occur.
- Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting, and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies.
- Assistance and flexibility with client events as needed to ensure flawless delivery.
- Support for conference room bookings including resolution of scheduling conflicts.
- Supports other teams as required to ensure client's colleagues and guests always receive a high-level service a multi-skilled and flexible team approach.
- Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services.
- Perform additional job duties, as requested.
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including town halls, employee engagement events, celebrations, theme days, CSR activities, and leadership visits.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, checklists, and logistics plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate across teams for venue setup, dcor, audiovisual requirements, catering, photography, and onsite staffing.
- Serve as the on-ground event lead, ensuring real-time problem-solving, smooth flow of activities, and an outstanding attendee experience.
- Maintain alignment with branding and internal communication standards throughout event design and output.
Communication & Engagement
- Create visually compelling event invites, posters, announcements, and digital content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Promote events and initiatives through calendars, display screens, posters, emails, and Viva Engage (or other internal platforms).
- Support internal communication efforts by crafting engaging and timely messages.
- Cultivate relationships with employees and stakeholders across departments, ensuring a personalized and human-centered experience.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with event vendors, dcor providers, caterers, and other service partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate as needed, and optimize eventrelated costs without compromising service quality.
- Work closely with building management teams, security partners, and workplace service providers.
Reporting, Administration & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain detailed event calendars, project trackers, logistical documents, and operational checklists.
- Track event-related invoices, ensure accurate documentation, and support timely processing.
- Prepare postevent reports capturing attendance, feedback scores, budget adherence, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify patterns, propose enhancements, and contribute to the overall improvement of the workplace experience program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 48 years of relevant experience in workplace experience, events, hospitality, or a customer-facing corporate role.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate workplace, real estate, hospitality, or event operations.
- Creative mindset with an ability to design engagement activities and themed events.
- Working knowledge of AV equipment, meeting room technologies, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-8 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
- Ability to work independently strong prioritization and time management skills.
