Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Working Capital Relationship Manager (RM) at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Working Capital RM will be responsible for identifying potential customers, and analyzing financial requirements to provide suitable working capital solutions. Other key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, cross-selling financial products, ensuring compliance with policies, and achieving individual and team business objectives. The role involves active collaboration with internal teams to support revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in relationship management and business development in the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of working capital products and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in client interaction, account management, and delivering tailored financial solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to assess creditworthiness
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance policies, and financial principles
  • Familiarity with tools and software used in financial analysis and CRM systems is advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the banking/financial industry will be a plus
