Requirements
- The Adobe Workfront Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, governance, and operational enablement of Adobe Workfront deployments.
- Ensure Workfront is effectively configured to support Creative, Media, and Production teams while maintaining scalability, operational efficiency, strong data quality, and reporting standards across multiple clients and regions.
- Collaborate with the Client Platforms team to manage Workfront environments, including users, groups, teams, roles, permissions, access levels, and layout templates.
- Configure and maintain sandbox environments, including request queues, intake forms, custom forms and fields, workflows, statuses, templates, portfolios, programs, approvals, and proofing processes.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting for SLA tracking, cycle times, throughput, backlog management, adoption metrics, and operational performance.
- Support integrations and data flows between Workfront and other enterprise systems such as AEM Assets, Workfront-to-Workfront integrations, and identity/SSO solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Drive user enablement initiatives including training sessions, office hours, administrative documentation, release notes, UAT support, and deployment cutovers.
- Partner with solution leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workfront configurations and operational models.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Adobe Workfront, including user management, templates, custom forms, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience supporting enterprise creative and marketing operations processes, including briefing, approvals, and production workflows.
- Strong understanding of governance practices, stakeholder management, and multi-team program coordination.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics using Workfront reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and exposure to Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise workflow integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AEM Assets, DAM operations, metadata management, and governance concepts.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-region, or multi-client Workfront deployments.
