Must Have:

- Any app monitoring tools likeDynatrace,Splunk,New- Relic , Graffana, Blue Triangle or Similar monitoring tools
- Strong support & troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication skill with good experience in problem
Key Ask for the discussed role:
- We need to look for candidates with experience into end to end application support with working in Windows or Linux environments.
- For APM (Application Performance Monitoring), candidates should have experience with tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, or any other APM tool, with Dynatrace being the most preferred.
- Candidates should also have experience with either Splunk or ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), with Splunk being the most preferred. They must know how to write queries in Splunk.
- Experience with containerization is required, including skills to describe, create, and restart a pod.
- Troubleshooting experience is essential.
- We should prioritize candidates from product-based companies.
- During screening, it is important to check the type of applications the candidate has worked on, whether their experience is more on the front end or back end, and assess their conceptual understanding/Minimal experience onDocker, Kubernetes, and web architecture is required.
