Job Title: Senior WorkForce Software Solution Architect / Advisor APAC

Offshore (India preferred) Supporting APAC region (Philippines rollout as Phase 1)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior WorkForce Software (WFS) Solution Architect / Advisor to represent the product and business interests during the APAC rollout of WorkForce Software, starting with the Philippines.
This role will act as a strategic bridge between J&J internal teams and ADP (implementation partner), ensuring the solution is designed, configured, and delivered in line with business objectives, global standards, and local compliance requirements.
The individual will not be responsible for direct system configuration but will provide deep functional and architectural oversight across the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Ownership & Governance
- Act as the WFS product subject matter expert within the J&J team
- Own and validate the overall solution design proposed by ADP
- Ensure alignment with global WFM strategy, standards, and architecture principles
- Establish governance frameworks for design reviews, change control, and solution approvals
Design Review & Advisory
- Review and challenge functional and technical designs provided by ADP
- Ensure configurations for Time, Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence meet business and compliance needs
- Provide guidance on complex pay rules, accruals, and country-specific requirements (Philippines/APAC)
- Identify design gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities early in the lifecycle
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with J&J product owners, HR, Payroll, IT, and regional stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison between J&J and ADP implementation teams
- Facilitate design workshops, decision-making forums, and alignment discussions
- Translate business needs into clear solution direction for the implementation partner
Integration & Data Oversight
- Provide oversight on integrations between WFS and upstream/downstream systems (HRIS, Payroll, Finance)
- Validate integration design, data flow, and dependency mapping
- Ensure scalability and reusability for future APAC country rollouts
Testing & Deployment Oversight
- Review test strategies, scenarios, and coverage to ensure completeness
- Guide UAT approach and ensure business validation aligns with requirements
- Support go-live readiness reviews and risk assessments
- Oversee hypercare and stabilization from a solution perspective
APAC Rollout Strategy
- Support development of a scalable rollout approach for additional APAC countries
- Ensure localization frameworks are consistent and reusable
- Capture lessons learned from Philippines rollout for future deployments
Required Skills & Experience
- 812 years of experience in Workforce Management solutions
- 4+ years of deep experience with WorkForce Software (WFS) in a solution architect / lead role
- Strong expertise in:
- Time & Attendance and complex pay rules
- Scheduling and Absence Management
- Multi-country compliance and localization
- Proven experience in vendor-led implementations (client-side advisory or governance role)
- Experience working with global stakeholders and large enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of integrations with HRIS and Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle)
- Experience defining solution architecture, reviewing designs, and driving governance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting APAC implementations (Philippines preferred)
- Prior experience working in a product team or CoE model
- Exposure to large-scale global rollouts
- Familiarity with ADP-led implementations or delivery models
- WFS certifications (if available)
