Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and promoting openings across job portals and digital channels.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates whose qualifications, experience, and skill sets align with role requirements and organizational standards.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit, communicate role expectations, and manage progression to subsequent hiring stages.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and applicants to schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth, structured, and timely recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records, including candidate information, interview evaluations, and hiring updates, while assisting with onboarding and HR documentation.
