About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Infor WFM Consultant to lead configuration and development efforts for Infor Workforce Management modules within the W.I.N.G.S. product. This role carries additional technical leadership responsibility, mentoring junior consultants and owning complex configuration and compliance workstreams across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and configuration for complex Infor WFM workstreams
- Own multi-market labor compliance rule configuration and validation
- Mentor Consultant-level developers on Infor configuration and Groovy scripting best practices
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex defects
- Own technical documentation for Infor architecture and configuration decisions
- Support KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions for onboarding new team members
- Collaborate with Product Architect on integration layer design decisions
Qualifications
- Preferred Years of Experience - 8 Yrs
Required Skills
- 5-7 years hands-on Infor WFM configuration and development experience
- Deep expertise with Advanced scheduling modules - MVS, MR, OTS
- Advanced proficiency in Groovy scripting and Infor Scriptable Extensions
- Expertise with Infor Integrations - API & File based integrations
- Deep understanding of multi-market labor compliance configuration (Netherlands, Brazil, Canada, etc.)
- Experience designing and troubleshooting Infor-ServiceNow integration touchpoints
- Strong understanding of SAST scanning processes (SonarQube Groovy analysis) and remediation
- Agile/Scrum development experience with sprint leadership exposure
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Hands on with Infor Migrations
