Key Responsibilities • Support resource planning and management activities across projects • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilisation. • Track resource availability, project assignments, and workforce requirements• Maintain resource management data and generate periodic reports • Collaborate with project managers and leadership teams for workforce forecasting • Assist in capacity planning and workforce optimization initiatives • Ensure accuracy and timely updates of resource management systems and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Resource Planning, Resource Management, Workforce Management, or a related function • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tool • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
