Workforce Enablement Professional – OT Cloud Engineer

• Identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions aligned with security and business requirements.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Azure and on-premises environments and infrastructure services.

• Design and implement secure cloud solutions for Azure and native on-prem platforms.

• Collaborate with software engineering and development teams for cloud solution optimization.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Support deployment and maintenance of connected worker technologies and mobility solutions.

• Manage deployments for tablets, mobile devices, lone worker monitoring systems, and push-to-talk platforms.

• Coordinate Real Time Location Services (RTLS) implementations, monitoring, and user training activities.

• Work with stakeholders to deploy data-driven operational efficiency solutions.

• Define and execute XR Immersive Technology product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

• Gather, prioritize, and manage customer and stakeholder requirements.

• Coordinate with XR development teams for successful feature delivery and implementation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for XR product portfolio and deployment activities.

• Automate cloud operations using scripting and automation tools.

• Ensure cloud infrastructure follows best practices and enterprise security policies.
