Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Workflow & Power Automate to lead the design, development, and optimization of automated business processes using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on driving enterprise-wide operational efficiency by establishing scalable automation frameworks, integrating systems, and reducing manual processes across departments.
This position will play a strategic leadership role in defining automation standards, governance, and best practices while ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing workflow solutions across the organization.
This is a 1-year contract and relocation to Riyadh is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Analyze complex business processes and identify strategic automation opportunities
- Oversee the development of approval workflows, notifications, document routing, and system integrations
- Lead integrations between Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Outlook, Teams, and third-party systems
- Oversee the development of custom forms and applications using Power Apps
- Guide dashboard development and reporting strategy using Power BI
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation flows to ensure scalability and performance
- Establish and maintain documentation standards for workflows and automation architecture
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are met across all automation initiatives
- Develop and implement automation governance frameworks and best practices
- Train and mentor team members and conduct end-user training on workflow usage and best practices
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, IT leadership, and business units to align automation initiatives with organizational goals
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
- Extensive experience with Power Apps and Power BI
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Working knowledge of SQL and data structures
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integration (preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure services is an advantage
