Capgemini is seeking a Workflow Developer with strong Camunda expertise to design and implement end‑to‑end risk workflows supporting Operational Risk Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes across the enterprise. This role will play a critical part in building scalable, auditable, and regulator‑ready workflow solutions for global financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Camunda BPMN/DMN, a solid understanding of risk and control frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and compliance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Camunda‑based workflows covering:
- Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) lifecycle
- Issues identification, remediation tracking, and closure
- Incident and loss event management
- Controls testing, review, and approvals
- Model and configure complex workflow scenarios, including:
- Multi‑level approval chains
- SLAs, reminders, and escalations
- Exception and error‑handling logic
- Integrate workflow services with:
- User interface layers
- Enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake
- Ensure workflows meet auditability, traceability, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical guidance on workflow architecture
- Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Business stakeholders to translate regulatory and operational requirements into effective workflow designs
- Support testing, deployment, and production stabilization of workflow solutions
Required Skills & Experience :
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Camunda (BPMN and DMN)
- Proven experience implementing workflow‑driven enterprise platforms
- Solid understanding of Operational Risk Management or GRC processes
- Experience designing end‑to‑end workflows with a focus on control, compliance, and reporting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with risk frameworks such as RCSA, incident management, and issues management
- Exposure to cloud‑native or microservices‑based architectures
- Working knowledge of integration patterns and data orchestration
