The Proposal Workflow Consultant is responsible for coordinating and managing the proposal mailbox where all proposal requests are received (5,000+ requests per year). The workflow consultant triages all requests, coordinates team assignments, maintains and updates internal tracking tools including SFGO.
In addition to overseeing the proposal mailbox and tracking tools, the Proposal Workflow Consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the RFP Team. This includes promptly reviewing and assigning incoming emails, collaborating with Sales and Client Management to secure all necessary proposal documentation, and coordinating with proposal leaders for the assignment of each request. The consultant also distributes RFP notifications, creates RFP folders on the shared drive, and is responsible for closing out RFPs and related projects in the mailbox and SFGO, while maintaining organized email records. Support for the RFP signature process as needed and all assigned tasks are consistently completed with accuracy and within established deadlines.
