Workflow Automation Specialist – No-Code / Low-Code Tools

Shemrock & Shemford Group of Schools, A chain of Preschools and Schools with branches across India, Nepal & Bangladesh is looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist who can build smart, cloud-based automations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with automation tools and should be able to connect different apps, forms, sheets, emails, databases, and dashboards into smooth automated workflows.

• Build and manage workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Pabbly, Google Workspace, Airtable, Zoho, or Power Automate.
• Automate school and business processes such as admissions, enquiries, follow-ups, reporting, task tracking, and documentation.
• Create automated workflows between forms, Google Sheets, email, CRM, WhatsApp tools, and cloud storage.
• Build dashboards, trackers, alerts, reminders, and approval workflows.
• Troubleshoot automation errors and improve existing workflows.
• Document workflows clearly for internal teams.

• 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, no-code tools, operations automation, or process automation.
• Good knowledge of tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Pabbly, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Airtable, Zoho, or Power Automate.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, forms, databases, and cloud tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand manual processes and convert them into automated workflows.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Python, APIs, or CRM automation.
• Experience in school operations, edtech, admissions, marketing automation, or reporting automation.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other productivity tools.
