Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as aWorkday expertwith specialization inUS Payrolldesign, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Independently manage multiple projects across various phases of implementation & support.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions with clients and provide effective recommendations.
- Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer decisions.
- Deliver regularstatus updatesto stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and share Workday product knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Must have active Workday US Payroll Certification.
- Minimum5+ years of experienceas a Workday Consultant.
- Strong knowledge ofUS Payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience inWorkday Payroll implementation or support projects.
- Excellentconsulting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work under deadlines and manage client expectations.
