Job Summary:
Seeking a Workday-certified consultant to manage US Payroll implementations and support. The role involves working with clients across deployment and post-production phases, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Workday expert in design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage multiple projects independently.
- Conduct client sessions to analyze requirements and provide recommendations.
- Align development with client design decisions and provide regular status updates.
- Mentor other consultants and share Workday expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
- Active Workday US Payroll Certification.
- Hands-on experience in US Payroll implementation/support.
- Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
