Role: Workday Time Tracking Consultant
Work Mode: 5 days WFO
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Time Tracking, including time entry codes, calculations, schedules, and security.
- Gather business requirements and implement effective Workday solutions.
- Design, test, and deploy Time Tracking enhancements and configurations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to optimize time management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Time Tracking-related issues.
- Support implementations, upgrades, testing, UAT, and post-production activities.
- Create functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Work with integration teams on Time Tracking-related interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of IT/HRIS experience with 4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking configuration and support.
- Good knowledge of Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll.
- Experience with Workday Business Processes, Security, Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Knowledge of Workday Integrations and EIBs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
