Job Description

Experience: 6–10 Years

Role: Workday Time Tracking Consultant

Work Mode: 5 days WFO

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Workday Time Tracking, including time entry codes, calculations, schedules, and security.
  • Gather business requirements and implement effective Workday solutions.
  • Design, test, and deploy Time Tracking enhancements and configurations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to optimize time management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Time Tracking-related issues.
  • Support implementations, upgrades, testing, UAT, and post-production activities.
  • Create functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Work with integration teams on Time Tracking-related interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required Skills

  • 6–10 years of IT/HRIS experience with 4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking configuration and support.
  • Good knowledge of Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll.
  • Experience with Workday Business Processes, Security, Reports, and Calculated Fields.
  • Knowledge of Workday Integrations and EIBs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
