Role Overview
We are looking for a Workday Testing Consultant to support testing activities for Workday and related SaaS deployments. The role involves planning, executing, and managing testing processes while working closely with client teams to ensure quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in strategizing, planning, and executing Workday testing activities.
- Understand client requirements in HR and Finance domains within Workday.
- Perform test planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Work with client teams and Workday deployment/support teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Support requirement gathering, configuration validation, and unit testing.
- Participate in release management and post-implementation support when required.
- Use test management and test automation tools (proprietary or open-source).
- Ensure testing processes align with client business objectives and best practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Workday testing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM processes.
- Hands-on experience in Workday functional areas within the HCM domain.
- Experience with test management and automation tools.
- Good understanding of SaaS implementations and testing methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with client and technical teams.
Preferred
- Workday Certification (good to have).
- Experience in HR and Finance modules within Workday.
