Job Description

Fulfill a key role in the continuous support of KBR's Global Workday HCM platform. The role involves providing Tier 1 support to end users, auditing system data, assisting functional teams with testing, and developing instructional documentation to ensure effective utilization of Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 support to all functional areas and demonstrate Workday functionality to end users, managers, and general staff.
  • Audit system usage to ensure data integrity, identify anomalies, and engage appropriate teams for corrections.
  • Create test scenarios, perform tests, document results, and assist functional teams in validating processes.
  • Develop teaching and training documentation in various formats to support end users.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with end users, peers, and leadership.
  • Prioritize duties to address critical business needs and manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree with 2+ years work experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with end users, peers, and leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to address critical business needs first.
