Job Description

1. Project & Process Management

In coordination with the Team Lead, independently manage and execute the full lifecycle of functional activities: requirements collection, solution design & build, implementation, integration coordination, UAT, delivery, support, enduser training, and documentation.

Additional expectations include cross-team coordination, clear communication, proactive problemsolving, and continuous improvement.

2. Workday Expenses Implementation & Management

Lead Workday Expenses implementation for new legal entities

Design and configure expense policies, thresholds, validations

Build and maintain business processes and approval workflows

Manage and update expense rate tables and conditional logic

Implement integrations with ERPs, payroll, and credit card systems

Provide support and troubleshooting

Maintain reports and dashboards

Collaborate with Finance on specifications, mapping, and UT/UAT

Adopt new Workday features for continuous improvement

3. Workday Payroll Configuration, Support & Integration

Configure and maintain payroll components, security, pay elements, mappings

Manage interfaces with payroll providers (ADP, Celergo...)

Support troubleshooting across countries

Implement and test payroll integrations endtoend

Improve interface quality

Support payroll-related projects (entity onboarding, transfers)

Build payroll and operational reports

4. Workday Integrations & Business Processes

Lead implementations with vendors (DocuSign, Reward Gateway, SmartRecruiters, Equifax...)

Define and optimize Workday business processes

Act as liaison between functional and technical teams

Support integration adaptations and rollout changes

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong coordination & project management mindset

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a virtual multicultural team

English mandatory; French is a plus

Solutionoriented, proactive, autonomous

Ability to think out of the box

Willingness to learn

Strong analytical and documentation skills
