Required Experience
- 35 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- Active Workday Certification (Mandatory).
- Functional experience in Workday Financial ERP systems.
- Minimum 1 full lifecycle Workday ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience in the following business processes:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Asset Management
- Budgeting
- Grants and Awards
- Experience working with Workday integrations and reporting.
- Understanding of Cloud-based SaaS and PaaS solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
