Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver Workday Financials Technical Integrations across client projects.
- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and design Workday solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations and support financial modules such as P2P, C2C, R2R, GL, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Grants.
- Work independently to manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workday integrations.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution presentations (Visio, PPT), and post-go-live support.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Functional experience with ERP systems: Oracle Financials, SAP FICO, PeopleSoft.
- Solid understanding of finance & accounting principles.
- Minimum 1 full life cycle ERP implementation.
- Active Workday Certification (P2P, C2C, or R2R) – Mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with SaaS / PaaS technologies is a plus.
