Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Workday Financials Technical Integrations across client projects.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and design Workday solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations and support financial modules such as P2P, C2C, R2R, GL, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Grants.
  • Work independently to manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workday integrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution presentations (Visio, PPT), and post-go-live support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Functional experience with ERP systems: Oracle Financials, SAP FICO, PeopleSoft.
  • Solid understanding of finance & accounting principles.
  • Minimum 1 full life cycle ERP implementation.
  • Active Workday Certification (P2P, C2C, or R2R) – Mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SaaS / PaaS technologies is a plus.
