Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Specialist with expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, Reporting, and Workday Studio. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing integrations, creating reports, and ensuring seamless data flow within the Workday system.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations using Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday for various stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connectors.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio for complex integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools, including calculated fields and Workday Report Writer.
• Knowledge of Workday security framework and best practices.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and other data transformation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
