Hiring for Workday Lead – Technical/Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: India

- Data conversion and troubleshooting
- Root Cause Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday Compensation solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Manage data conversion and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
- Collaborate with HCM, Integration and technical teams
- Provide post-production support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations
- Workday Core/Advanced Compensation certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Compensation, Business Processes, Reporting and Integrations
