Workday Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations and reporting solutions within Workday. The role involves collaborating with functional consultants and business teams to implement technical solutions that ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

• Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workday.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and technical issues.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation for all integrations and reports.

• Support data migration, upgrades, and Workday release activities.

• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Integration or Technical Consultant.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Workday Studio

  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

  • Core Connectors

  • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)

  • XSLT, XML, and data transformations

• Knowledge of HCM or Finance modules is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
