Job Description

  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
  • Employment- Fulltime
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Shift: IST with overlap
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days office, 1-day WFH)
  • Base CTC: ₹up to 17 LPA
  • Skill Set:
  • Strong Workday technical consultant (workday building experience)
  • Product ownership
  • Workday + Prism expertise preferred
  • Stakeholder management
  • Building Workday
  • Hands-on experience with People Analytics, including baseline reportsand trend dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systemsand global HR processes.
  • Experience in strategicHR analytics, includingKPI development and trend analysis.
