Description
We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions to meet our clients business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday implementation projects.
- Configure and customize Workday modules based on client specifications and business needs.
- Conduct testing and validation of configurations to ensure functionality meets requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users during and after the implementation process.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Workday applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to enhance client solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in Workday implementations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Talent Management.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools and methodologies.
- Experience in data migration and management within Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications in Workday are a plus.
