Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Workday implementation and integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday
- Configure and implement Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
- Develop custom reports, integrations, and other technical solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, and other tools
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday systems and integrations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for new features and functionality
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Workday implementation and integration projects
- Strong technical knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and other technical tools
- Ability to develop custom reports and integrations using Workday tools
- Experience with Workday integrations with other systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
