Workday Technical Assistant Manager:

Exp Range: 6 to 9 Years
Job Requirement:
- Workday certified, minimum 3+ years of workday experience with Workday Core Certification.
- Workday Integration Certification is Must.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ full implementations and extensive experience in Workday integrations.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll integrations using methods such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Core Connector, and Workday Web Services, RaaS.
- Functional experience in Workday HCM modules is mandatory. Understanding of various HCM and FIN modules would be preferred.
- Ability to help customers resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions.
- Must have strong integration experience and should be able to lead design/requirements sessions, develop and test complex Integrations independently.
- Should have hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT, WD Studios, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), custom fields, calculated fields, advance reports, BIRT, XML and XSLT.
- Experience of Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF) and middleware integrations with workday configuration would be an added advantage.
- Should have detailed knowledge of Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG.
- Must be able to resolve incidents and provide production support.
- Knowledge on migration using I-Loads or I-Load helper.
- Experience on building Advance, Matrix, Composite, BIRT Reports with ability to switch between FIN & HCM requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday's capabilities and configurations.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and best practices.
