Workday Technical Analyst

You will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Workday platforms integrations with various internal and external systems.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding integration technology, and best practices to ensure seamless data flow across the organization

Previous experience with Workday is a plus, but is not a mandatory prerequisite in order to be considered for the position

Your role within the team

As a member of the Applications Delivery, HR team, you will report to the Manager, Applications Delivery and be responsible for:

Interface Design:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Design, configure and implement integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other integration tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, system architects, and developers to design Workday interfaces and integrations that meet business requirements

Interface Troubleshooting and Support:

Diagnose and resolve integration issues, including data discrepancies, error handling, and performance optimization

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on integration-related matters

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and provide project updates
