ey Responsibilities (Strategy & Config)
- Recruiting Optimization: Configure Job Requisition templates, Offer Letter generation logic, and Career Site external branding.
- Learning Architecture: Manage the setup of Extended Learning for external audiences and define Campaigns for internal compliance training.
- Talent Experience: Configure the Skills Cloud ontology and Opportunity Marketplace logic to drive internal mobility.
L2 Support & Operational Activities (Daily Run)
- Recruiting Triage: Unstick candidates trapped in referral merge errors or duplicate profile conflicts.
- External Access Support: Troubleshoot login/password reset issues for Extended Learning users (non-employees) and external Career Site applicants.
- Course Assignment Debugging: Investigate why a specific Required Learning course did not trigger for a new hire (debugging Eligibility Rules).
- Offer Letter Generation: Manually regenerate or correct Offer Letters that failed to generate due to missing data fields.
- Content Management: Support L&D teams by uploading SCORM packages and troubleshooting playback errors on mobile devices.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Certification: Workday Pro/Implementer in Recruiting or Learning.
- Experience: 3-5+ years supporting Talent or LMS systems.
- Skill: Strong Customer Service mindset, as this role interacts frequently with external candidates and partners.
