Role: Workday- System Specialist

Experience Level: 2 to 3 Years

Work location: Mumbai

We are looking for a passionate, driven individual that can deliver innovative solutions to join our team as a Workday System Specialist, at Quantiphi. This opportunity will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop new skills through talent development and system learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new features and enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify, discuss and implement any feature enhancements needed to meet business requirements
• Support the ongoing maintenance of Workday, applying best practices
• Design configure and optimize Workday solutions, including business processes, workflows, calculated fields, role assignments
• Maintain system security and integrity
• Deliver high quality support to our end users and troubleshoot to resolve system issues
• Complete functional testing and resolve any known issues to ensure business continuity
• Contribute to the Workday Community and user groups
• Generate standard and custom reports and dashboards

Core Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Workday in an administrative role
• Strong Knowledge of HCM processes and Security
• Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting
• Previous experience configuring business processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties within Workday.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and part of a team
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, and end users.
• Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts.
• Previous experience participating in Workday discovery and design sessions would be an asset
• Familiarity with multiple Workday modules is a plus
• Keen attention to detail
• Workday Certification would be an asset
