Job Description

We are seeking aWorkday Support Analystto provide operational and technical support for HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day functional support forWorkdayand other HR applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toWorkday, Taleo, HR Onboarding applications, and other HR systems.
  • Generate and analyze HR data reports usingBusiness Objectsor other reporting tools.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and support smooth HR process execution.
  • Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Create presentations, reports, and documentation usingMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (specialization in Human Resources preferred).
  • Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and propose smart solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
  • Team player who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience withWorkday, Taleo, Business Objects, or other HR/ATS tools is an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR system-related queries and issues.
  • Support HR operations by ensuring smooth onboarding, data updates, transactions, and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
  • Provide timely updates, status reports, and communication to stakeholders.
