Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Workday Security Analyst (IAM) with strong expertise in Workday security architecture and identity & access management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls within Workday, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Workday security, including domain security policies and business process security policies.
  • Design and maintain role-based and user-based security groups.
  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in alignment with IAM standards.
  • Implement and support identity and access management (IAM) integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, SSO).
  • Conduct regular security audits, access reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure proper access controls and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Support Workday releases by assessing security impacts and implementing necessary updates.
  • Maintain documentation of security configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Workday Security Certification (mandatory).
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday security and IAM.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Workday security framework (domains, business processes)
    • Role-based access control (RBAC)
    • Segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Experience with identity management tools and integrations (SSO, LDAP, Active Directory).
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors).
  • Familiarity with security tools and audit frameworks.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOX, or GDPR.
  • Experience in a global or multi-tenant Workday environment.
