Job Description

Detailed Job Description : Strong functional knowledge of Workday Learning.
Experience approving and validating Workday Learning configuration and build activities.
Hands-on experience with Workday Audience Builder.
Familiarity with commonly used HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes used for audience creation.
Experience working with Workday calculated fields, including understanding how security impacts calculated field results.
Ability to troubleshoot Workday Learning audience and reporting issues by analyzing report logic, calculated fields, and security.
Familiarity with Workday Learning security domains and business processes.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday Learning implementations or production support environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment is a plus
