We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to strengthen and scale enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.

Required

7+ years of enterprise reporting / analytics / BI experience

5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting & Analytics experience

Strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix & Composite Reporting

Strong Workday Calculated Fields and Reporting Security knowledge

Hands-on Workday Prism Analytics experience

Workday HCM experience

Strong understanding of Workday data sources, business objects, and security domains

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred

• Workday Financials and/or PSA experience

• Workday Reporting / HCM / Financials / Prism certifications

• Global enterprise or shared-services experience

• Exposure to automation, AI-enabled reporting, or predictive analytics
