Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Report Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within the Workday platform. The role involves delivering actionable insights to HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Workday security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday reports using Report Writer, Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and BIRT.
- Build dashboards and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with business teams to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Workday security protocols and data governance policies.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting.
- Strong expertise in Workday Report Writer, BIRT, and Calculated Fields.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM modules including HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, and Absence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
