About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure recruiting processes including job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and offer management.
- Set up recruiting templates, job posting rules, and candidate communication workflows.
- Configure eligibility rules for job postings and recruiting stages based on job profiles and organizational hierarchy.
- Implement business processes for recruiting events (e.g., requisition approvals, interview scheduling, offer generation).
- Perform regular audits of recruiting workflows, job postings, and candidate data.
- Update recruiting structures during organizational changes or annual hiring cycles.
- Maintain security roles and domain policies for recruiting data.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to requisition approvals, candidate workflows, and offer processes.
- Build custom reports and dashboards for recruiting analytics using Workday Report Writer.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment configuration.
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting business processes, including job requisition, candidate management, and offer workflows.
- Knowledge of job requisition management, candidate pipelines, and offer processes.
- Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.
- Experience in Workday reporting tools for recruiting analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of HR and talent acquisition processes.
Required Skills
- Workday Certification in Recruitment or HCM.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
- Prior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
