Workday Recruitment Architect

About the role

Lead the design of country-specific adaptations for the Workday Recruiting module, focusing on Indian legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements to optimize recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions to identify India-specific recruiting process deviations.
• Provide expert guidance on solution design addressing local labor laws and hiring norms within Workday Recruiting.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and cultural fit in recruitment processes.
• Advise on solution direction to enhance the global recruiting platform without performing configuration tasks.

Required skills and experience

• 10+ years of experience in Workday Recruiting with at least 5 years relevant to solution architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and recruitment practices impacting Workday implementations.
• Proven ability to lead design workshops and advise on system solutions.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM platform is advantageous but not primary.

Nice to have

• Experience working in global HR technology projects involving multi-country process adaptations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in consulting environments.
