We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting / Talent professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting software to attract and hire top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Workday Recruiting software.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Workday system.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in using Workday Recruiting software or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
