Job Description

Position Overview

  • Experience in Integration Testing
  • Currently working in Workday as a tester
  • Tosca, good to have but not a must. Expectation to be set with the candidate that s/he will be working in TOSCA & will work on getting certified.
  • Workday Module Preference – Open at this point

Key Result Areas

  • Ability to coordinate with developers, QA and Product owners
  • Liaison with the global business, support and development teams
  • Ability to acquire an excellent knowledge of the healthcare business domain
  • Ability be able to mentor Juniors and resolve issues

Technology Skills for QA

  • Must to have Need to validate existing Workday integrations and enhancements.
  • Selenium knowledge to automate the test cases
  • Manual Testing which includes Regresssion,Smoke Testing Methodologies
  • Knowledgable about JIRA
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions Qualifications
  • Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.

Nice to have

  • Performance Testing
  • Webservice Testing
  • Must have hands-on knowledge about TOSCA

  • Positive attitude and quick learner.
  • Bring more Creative and Innovative Ideas.
  • Good Team player.
  • Should worked on Agile Methodology
