Required Skills -
- Deep expertise in Workday PSA and Financials modules for global deployments.
- Strong configuration skills in Workday business processes, security, and calculating fields.
- Experience with Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in building and troubleshooting Workday reports and dashboards.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements clearly.
- Skilled in system testing, defect management, and deployment planning.
- Familiarity with global ERP rollout processes and regional compliance considerations.
- Understanding professional services operations, billing, time tracking, and revenue recognition.
- Workday certifications in Financials, Projects, or PSA modules preferred.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools like Tableau or Workday Prism is a plus.

Role Overview
The Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) Solutions Lead is responsible for owning and managing all activities related to the configuration, enhancements and ongoing support for all Aon businesses using Workday PSA globally.
- Subject-matter expert in Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) for specifically assigned application(s). Understand and oversee configuration required for assigned PSA application.
- Support deployment of Workday PSA system to approved Aon businesses globally owning all configuration and testing tasks
- For approved system change requests, gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in a clear and structured manner
- Partner with IT to review, design, test and approve all new development (including reports)
- Guide, inform, and instruct business users on system functionality, features, and best practices
- Develop and maintain training materials and lead training sessions for end users as part of new PSA deployments
- Troubleshoot Workday PSA issues and end-user questions pertaining to Workday system functionality and reporting
