Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and Workday Certified PSA (Professional Services Automation) / Finance Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Financial Management and PSA solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Workday Finance modules, business process design, reporting, integrations, and stakeholder management. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday Finance and PSA implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Workday Financial Management and PSA modules.
- Design and optimize business processes related to Project Management, Resource Management, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday Finance, PSA, HCM, and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and governance standards.
- Support Workday releases and evaluate new features for business adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of overall experience in ERP/Financial Systems consulting.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance and PSA.
- Active Workday Certification in PSA and/or Financial Management.
Strong understanding of:

- Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
- Expertise in Workday Business Process Framework.
- Strong reporting experience using Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Experience working with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Financial Management Certification—Mandatory. or Workday PSA Certification—Mandatory.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning.
- Exposure to global finance processes and multi-currency environments.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or IT services industries.
