Jobe Role: Workday Projects Consultant
- Create/manage Projects, Resource Management, and Time Tracking
- Support project setup, resource allocations, and end‑to‑end time entry and approval processes
- Drive Workday-Projects integration with HCM, FIN modules and build unified functionality
- Collaborate with Finance, HCM, and integration teams to ensure end‑to‑end process continuity
- Resource Management: Helps managers assign the right people with the appropriate skills to projects and manage staffing levels effectively.
- Financial Tracking: Enables tracking of project costs, budgets, and revenue, including supplier invoices and journals for both capital and non-capital projects.
- Project Types: Supports various project types, including internal, billable, hardware, procurement and others in Workday
- Define and configure phases, milestone and billing triggers
