Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Product Owner with a strong background in Workday project management and product delivery. The candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Workday product roadmap and prioritise enhancements based on business needs.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

  • Lead Workday implementation and enhancement projects.

  • Coordinate with Workday consultants, developers, and integration teams.

  • Ensure system optimization, upgrades, and release management.

  • Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Support change management, testing, and deployment processes.




Requirements

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of overall experience in Workday implementations or product ownership.

  • Strong experience in Workday Project Management or Product Ownership.

  • Expertise across multiple Workday modules.

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Workday certifications.

  • Experience in global Workday implementations.

  • Experience with integrations and reporting.
