Agilysis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Performance Management Consultant to join our team on part time basis. In this role you will be assisting clients with the design, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Performance Management module. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Workday's performance management functionalities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping organizations achieve excellence through efficient HR practices.
Job Duties
- Lead the support and optimization for the use of Workday Talent and Performance modules
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to define performance strategies and translate them into system configurations and process improvements
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience and increase adoption of talent processes within Workday
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes, enhancements or new functionality within Workday Performance module
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Performance, provide guidance and training to HR teams and end users
- Monitor and report on key talent metrics and system usage to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage change management and communication related to new features, upgrades, and process updates
- Stay current with Workday releases and assess the impact and value of new features
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday Performance module
- Strong understanding of Performance Management processes and best practices
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and change management in Workday
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Workday certification in Talent & Performance (a big plus but not mandatory)
Location: Remote in India / Pune, India
Job Type: long term contract (Part time contract 7 pm to 11:30 pm IST)
